Timetable & learning outcomes

Lectures and practical sessions covered sample preparation, bottom-up and top-down proteomics (MALDI-based and LC MS/MS), MS imaging, lipid and polysaccharide analysis, and data treatment - bioinformatics.

Two training levels were proposed: initiation versus advanced training.
